In certain circumstances, the app may record you as a driver when you are actually a passenger. To make this correction, you can go into the app and edit the trip so that it shows you were a passenger.
To do this
- Navigate to the trip that you were a passenger within the app.
- Tap the red car icon in the top right hand corner and select “No” to indicate you were not the driver.
- Head back to the dashboard and refresh to see your updated scores.
