On 15 October 2020, Liam Bellamy of Chan & Naylor RRI was appointed as Voluntary Administrator of Ubicar Insurance Pty Limited (Administrators Appointed). Following his appointment, Mr Bellamy has worked with RAC Insurance, the underwriter, to facilitate the continuation of all insurance policies written prior to the appointment.

At the moment, the Ubicar App is currently unavailable. Rest assured that your car is insured in accordance with the policy issued. Furthermore, RAC Insurance has confirmed that the unconnected app excess associated with your policy does not apply at this time.
