It’s all in the App
After you have purchased an UbiCar policy you will need to download the UbiCar App and sign into it. Below are the steps.
Step 1: Download and install the App from the iOS App Store or the Google Play Store, depending on your device.
Step 2: Open the App and click on the Sign In link in the top right corner.
Step 3: When you purchase a policy, an UbiCar account is automatically created for you. If you have never signed in, or don’t know your account details, you can reset your password. To do so, click on the Can’t access account? Tap here link at the bottom of the screen.
Step 4: On the Forgot Password screen, enter the email address you provided when purchasing your UbiCar policy, then press Submit.
Step 5: Shortly, you will receive an email with a link to set your password. This link will expire in 48 hours.
Step 6: Click on the link to go to the UbiCar Driver Management: Set up your password screen.
Step 7: Enter a new password which is a minimum of 4 characters. Ensure you enter the same password in both boxes. Then press the red Set password button.
Step 8: After seeing the Password successfully updated confirmation screen, re-open the app and once again click on the Sign In link in the top right corner.
Step 9: Enter your email and newly-created password to login to the App.
